Airy Democrats Endorsements Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the Election cycle, the Mt. Airy Democrats Endorsement Commitee determines the selection process and online ballot. The endorsement of candidates is a four-step process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidates and issues are confirmed by the Steering Committee and assigned to the Endorsement Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Information on each&nbsp;candidate is gathered and\/or an online forum is recorded as background for Mt. Airy Dems voting members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Endorsement Committee selects the voting method that will provide the most popular choice of the membership. In most elections, the traditional single-winner, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plurality_voting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plurality voting method <\/a>is used.
